SBS Birthday Celebration! ~My Day 1~

Hello, everyone! Simply B Stamps is having it's 3rd Birthday Celebration! Each DT member is showcasing an entire line of stamps for your viewing and creating pleasure! We want to show you all how wonderfully fun SBS is! Check out the SBS blog to see the creations, contests, and prizes being offered!

This is what SBS means to me:

Simply B Stamps Rocks! I remember when I first started scrapbooking a few years ago, I started looking in to stamps to use in my projects. I found a few stamp companies that I liked but none stood out to me or felt more "me" than SBS. The images from SBS are fresh and funky, with a dark twist that speaks to my personality perfectly. SBS has images that are wonderful for any occasion and often bring humor into your projects. I chose to use the Valentine Emo Line for my SBS Birthday celebration projects because they embody the joyful spirit I love so much from SBS. I hope that I have shown the versatility SBS images have and that everyone enjoys the Celebration!

Now as this is a celebration month we are giving away prizes all month long!

Today we are giving away the entire Valentine Emos Celina has used, as well as any other complete EMO line in digi! Whoohoo!

How do you win such a prize?

Here are the details:

Using ANY image SBS or any other create your best Valentine project using the following colors:

Red
Pink
White
Black
Turquoise
Skin tones are also allowed as well as different hair tones; Blonde, brown, black...but your main colors must be the above mentioned!

You have until June 30th to upload your cards. Winners will be announced July 4th.

As I mentioned above, I chose the Valentine Emo line to showcase; and here is my first creation:

Hello, My Peeps!

Hello, everyone! I am so sorry for being absent from the blog for so long! I just made the move from Fort Hood, TX to Fort Polk, LA. And, silly me, I thought it would be quick (and painless), but it did NOT turn out that way. Way too may hiccups came up with the moving and unpacking. But finally, I have most everything unpacked and settled (including my studio). I never realized just how much stuff I have to create with! I probably should have known, but until you have to pack, unpack, and organize, I guess you really don't know! Lol.

Well, I took a short hiatus from my two design teams, Simply B Stamps and Creative Creations Challenges, to move and now, I am back with them and raring to go! So in a few days, the creations will begin to show up here again! I hope to see you visiting me!

Plus, with June coming up, we can look forward to the Annual Mad Tea Party! I want to get creating new, fin projects for that!

Update

Just a small update for all my peeps... LOL. My family is in the process of moving from TX to LA, so I won't be creating anything new for a while. I will set up my studio and begin creating as soon as I can. I hope to see you all sooner rather than later!

It's a Mad Release!

New Rio and Toots!

Hello, all! It's time for a couple of new images from the Rio and Toots line; from Simply B Stamps! I really love coloring these up! Each one is cuter than the next! I know you're going to love them, so you can get them over at the Simply B Stamps store!

This image is Bedtime Story (Cap) Rio and Toots. Aren't they adorable, all snuggled up?!

This one is Don't Forget Your Lunch Rio and Toots. Toots is making sure Rio has her lunch for a full day of learning!

Creative Creations Challenges - Easter!

Hello, everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter! Today's challenge for CCC is to make Easter cards! Make sure to check out both the CCC blog and the CCC Facebook page to join in all the fun!

Here is the card I made for this challenge:

I used a Simply Betty Stamp for this challenge. She is not Easter themed but I think she is adorable in her spring outfit and with her umbrella, awaiting spring showers. The papers are from the Paper Studio, the eggs are little plastic ones from the Easter clearance at Hobby Lobby, and the alphas are Thickers. The image was colored with Copics.
