MAD Tea Party - A Fanciful Twist's 6th Annual Mad Tea Party!

Good day, all! It's Tea Time! I look forward to A Fanciful Twist's annual Mad Tea Party all year long! I am so excited to participate again this year. I just recently moved and have not found all of my Alice in Wonderland goodies, so I concentrated more on the confections than the decor. Come on in and take a seat; have some tea, grab a sandwich or two, some cupcakes, and a slice of cake! There is plenty for you all!

Don't mind the toadstools and pick up a cup. Any cup you choose is fine.

Here are some delectable almond chicken salad sandwiches.

Feeling devilish? Here are some deviled eggs for you.

Would you like some Green Pea Salad? It's delicious!

Mr. Hedgehog has been visiting as well. He loves hiding behind the tea pots as he nibbles on his treats.

Do you prefer iced tea? Here are some chess-shaped ice cubes to cool you and your tea.

So many sweets to choose from! Here are some Banana Peanut Butter Cup cupcakes.

Perhaps you'd also enjoy some Lemon Cream Cheese cupcakes. 

 

We have Vanilla Meringue Cookies as well.

It's a Mad Release!

Hello, everyone!

Today is a wonderful day for a release! A "Mad" release! Two companies, one amazingly fun group of images! Mad Tea Party 2012!

Hello, all! It's finally here! The 5th Annual 'A Fanciful Twist' Mad Tea Party! Click here to visit Vanessa at A Fanciful Twist, to see her magical tea party, and the long list of others who are participating with their own online tea parties!

This is my third time participating, and I can tell you that it's loads of fun. I love seeing all the creativity that everyone comes up with; not only with food, treats, and decorations, but also with stories, prizes, and crafts. I do hope you will enjoy yourself here and every other stop in this party hop!

First thing first, let me introduce you to the guest's on my list.

Now that you have met everyone, let the party commence! Here we see the beautiful Alice peeking out from behind the table decorations!



 With all the mounds of decorations and food, it's a wonder we can see anyone at all!



The hedgehog is hiding today, so that no one decides to use him as a croquet ball.

We have a lovely topiary cake that may be a bit askew, but it tastes wonderfully just the same! Inside the layers are chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry with creamy & sweet butter cream icing... Yum! Have a slice or maybe two, there's a lot to go around!

These little playing cards are standing in formation, ready for someone to snack on them.

Alice is busy readying a crown. Could it be a gift for the queen or one for herself? The Tres Leches Trifle near her sure looks delicious, and those sandwiches, too. Help yourself!

Have a cup of tea or two, along with all the treats, before you take your leave. I hope that you enjoyed your visit here and that you'll stop by some time to catch up!



Now for a little project that I created especially for this occasion!

I created this mini album using the Alice in Wonderland collection of stamps from Simply B Stamps. If you look carefully in the tea party pictures, you may spy these characters on the table here and there. This little book is up for grabs!
