Curioser and Curioser layout. There was a lot of stamping and inking in this layout but it was worth it. When I finished the background paper my oldest daughter, Janie, asked me where I bought the paper. I told her I made it and she was amazed. I thought the masking technique was going to be more diffiicult than it really was. I strongly suggest people try this! It is so much fun!
The mask makes it easy to give relief in the inking and leaves such a nice imprint of the stamp underneath. I added cut out butterflies that I printed from my computer and, of course, the gold embossing of the title. I also covered the frame for the photo in gold embossing powder as well.
Here you can see the stamping I did with one of Tim's mini script stamps, the larger of the butterflies, and half a t-shirt transfer clock I bought on sale!
This is a close-up of the top right corner. You can see the stamping with the paint dabber here and the journaling I did on a diecut butterfly.
