Cute layout. This is my youngest daughter at age 5. She was so adorable at that age, now she is beginning to become a grown up and I miss these days when she was so carefree and cute. I used a Tattered Angels Glimmer Screen as a mask for the flourished and added ribbon trim, half a flower, buttons, foam flowers, a sticker title, a butterfly, and loads of Stickles in Magenta, Cotton Candy, and Stardust.
The second piece of news is the challenge over at the (Paper) Trailmaker's challenge of 3! I hope you'll go over and check it out! There is a gift certificate up for the winner! Here is the challenge:
We will be celebrating the 3rd month!!! To celebrate our 3rd month of the year, our first challenge this month will be all about 3's!! The challenge will be an anything goes except you must include these 3 things:
1. If you submit a layout - you must use 3 photos. If you submit a card - make 3 different ones. If you do an altered project - it must be 3-D!!!
2. Use 3 different papers. (can be cardstock, patterned paper, or a combination)
3. Use the number 3 somewhere on your project. Can be in the title - the journaling- anywhere and in any way - it can be the number itself or it can be spelled out.
Whatever you can imagine and create we want to see!!!
This month we will have a drawing at the end of the month for a $15 Gift Certificate to our Store - The Paper Trail. For each activity you participate in this month, your name will go in the hat and we will choose one lucky winner to receive the Gift Certificate. Also, remember, if you would like to be in the running for a Guest Designer spot for May - participate in BOTH challenges and post a comment stating that you are trying for the Guest DT member spot!
You will have until Sat. March 19th to submit your "3" Challenge to Mr. Linky.
The third piece of news I wanted to share with you all is that I was chosen to be a Guest Designer for Flamingo Scraps! I am so excited to participate at their blog and hope you will check out my work over there when my designing time comes!
